The LVC girls track team placed 2nd out of 17 teams at an extremely competitive Tremont sectional on Thursday, May 14th. LVC had 5 state qualifiers in four events. There were also several medalists and personal bests.
The girls track team was also named this week’s FM95 Hometown Heroes! Congratulations on an amazing season girls! Good luck at state!

Due to a gas leak near East Euclid and Broadway in Lewistown, police have shut down the streets in that area and have asked some residents to evacuate. Bus drop off for students who live in that area may be delayed or altered. We will not drop off students in the areas affected. Please contact your student's school to get in contact with transportation changes.

Due to the blowing and drifting snow causing low visibility this morning, Lewistown Schools will have an e-Learning Day today, Monday, March 16, 2026.
Due to the increased threat of severe storms and the potential for tornados at our normal dismissal time, Lewistown Schools will dismiss early at 2pm today, March 10, 2026. All afternoon activities and practices are cancelled today.
This is a reminder that Lewistown Schools will dismiss early on Friday, March 13th for school improvement planning and staff training. All high school students and early bus riders will dismiss at 11:15am, Central/Elementary walking and pick-up students will be dismissed at 11:20am, and the Central/Elementary buses will dismiss at 11:30am.
